We are currently in need of the following classes:
Recruitment:
Elem shaman
Reti pala
fire/arcana mage
We are always looking for outstanding players, if you feel good enough feel free to make an application.
If you apply, dont bother to /w officers ingame about it, we will answer your application in a maximum of 7 days on this forum.
If you apply and get hired, this will be done under the following rules:
Your age is 20 or above.
Your trial will approximately will take 2 to 3 weeks.
Trials will only get loot that raiders dont need. (offspec not taken in account)
You will come prepared, split up in the following: Knowing every step of the encounters you may challenge in this game when raiding.
You have all the consumables on you you may need, when we ask to use them, we dont need to check it.
You know how to play your class and max it out in whatever way is expected from you.
You know how to press Q W E S, in other words, you know how to move.
You can take criticism (thick skin) and you give feedback on it (important!!), iow take it, deal with and move on.
Your attendence is above 94% (ESPECIALLY in your trial period), thats missing max one raid every four weeks.
This means you will plan your social activities on other days then our raiddays, hence, theres 24 others waiting for you.
(these are the most important factors for us and for you to start with, so if you cant stick to this in your trial, the door out is opened for you swiftly)
If you cannot keep up with any of the things mentioned we really arent looking for you and you arent looking for us.
