Or just a typo in the placeholding art....But even if its fake.. it should be time for a legendary healing mace.. DPS got the Twin blade's, Caster DPS got the Atiesh, Ranged DPS got Thorin dal etc

It's not fake, everyone on PTR can check it.

Besides, a caster/healing legendary as next-in-line for WotLK has been hinted at by Blizzard numerous times now..

Lets make a legendary that noone can get! How many people on our server had it? maybe 1? I know its legendary but it shouldnt be impossible to get.

If im not mistaken we had 1 priest in A Few Good Men / Ace of Spades that had it. But indeed.. either make it aviable again.. or replace it with a nice legendary caster sword maybey? Something along the line's or a powerfull lore figures blade
